How Our Porcelain Veneer Process Works
First, you'll need to schedule an introductory exam with either Dr.Easton or Dr. Cotter
. During this exam, our cosmetic dentists will evaluate your oral health and smile to determine suitability for porcelain veneers. Drs. Easton and Cotter will discuss your goals, answer questions, discuss various alternatives (if necessary), and take x-rays and impressions of your mouth to ensure the best treatment plan for your unique case.
From there, a wax-up model will be made of your new smile. This wax-up is an important tool both for the creation and placement of your temporary and final veneers, as well as for a correct bite and visualization of your future smile.
The wax-up process typically takes place over two appointments. Once your porcelain veneers have been custom made to fit over your teeth, Dr. Bolla or Dr. Cotter will prepare your teeth to accept the bond and veneer. Each veneer will be carefully bonded to each tooth and your smile transformed!
